Gathering critical data, studying it, and using our 18-year history/experience to build customized marketing plans is the only responsible way to offer specific recommendations. If we charged a fee for this, it would be worth it. But most would go get free bad advice from someone else. Consider this your first experience at the level of service our company has to offer.
It should take you about 15 minutes to complete. If you don't immediately know the answers to a couple questions, either take your best shot – or leave it blank. If we need the information after the marketing plan is built, we will specifically ask.
Think of the client survey just like a dental exam. It's a diagnostic tool we use to determine the appropriate marketing mix for your practice. You wouldn't think of giving specific treatment recommendations to a patient without seeing an X-ray first, right? Well, without the answers to the questions on the client survey, we can only offer you very general recommendations and advice. With the answers, we can build a more refined, specific, and effective marketing plan for your practice.
Once you've finished the survey will go to our corporate headquarters. Then our administrative team will order a full demographic report for the area surrounding your practice address. Once your client survey and the demographic report are received we will study both and build your marketing plan. When your marketing plan is complete we will email it to you (to the email address you give us on the first page of the client survey). We will also mail the marketing plan to you via US Postal Service. The hard copy plan will arrive about 4 to 5 days after the email version.
We will establish your new patient goals, a reasonable marketing budget, your marketable attributes, and some recommendations on making your practice more marketable. Your marketing plan will include a specific list of projects to get you toward your new patient goal. In addition, your marketing plan will include specific deployment recommendations and strategies. The plan includes a radius analysis around your practice, looking for high-quality new patient targets and a determination of the competitive nature of your market area.
