I have been working with Sal and Rachel for a year to turn our marketing around. We came in with great google reviews but no active marketing momentum as we had quit marketing three years prior. Covid and staff shortages and several other challenges made it a really tough year. We just did our end of year review and despite all that we met our goals. Rachel is fantastic to work with. She is hardworking and kind. She stays on top of everything and gets back to me asap when I have questions. I’ve worked with other marketing companies before and my biggest problem was always that there was not ONE point person to manage my marketing. And if I wasn’t doing this everything would slide. They would be content with decent stats. NPI is different. They want my practice to be number one and they aren’t going to stop improving things even once they get me there. I also like working with Sal. He and Mark are happy to help and advise with any marketing questions (even horrible transitions!) NPI’s mailing campaign has been wildly successful for our practice. The formatting of the mailer is clean and easy to look at, and everyone along the way has been easy to work with. Lee and Rachel are both available when we need them, Lee has experience from several different areas of the dental practice which is all useful and makes him fun to bounce info and ideas off of. While they are certainly the marketing professionals, they respect that no one knows our practice like we do, and help us explore what might or might-not work without pushing us into anything for their own profitability. We will be renewing another 8-10 months of the mailer this fall!

I could not be happier with my NPI mailing campaign. I was EXTREMELY nervous to sign on with them. I hadn’t even owned my practice for a year and so I was hesitant to put much towards marketing. I also bought in a small, rural town and wasn’t sure my patient base would be receptive to mailers. Plus, you hear that everything should be geared more towards the internet. Well, I couldn’t have been more wrong. I’ve only had 2 or 3 mail drops and the response rate has been INCREDIBLE! I’m actually already having to expand my office by two operatories and my office administrator had to buy a hands-free headset because the phone rings off the hook. I’m naturally skeptical, so when someone tells me they have the secret formula to attract new patients I didn’t believe them. I’ve several conversations and over a year of mulling over my options, I decided to dip my toes in the water with NPI. I’ve had on going campaigns with them for about four months and although I will never be satisfied (until I’m welcoming 100 NP’s/month) or feel like I’m getting an absolute bargain (Hey, I’m cheap!), they have exceeded my exceptions and we have only just begun.
