NPI's mailing campaign has been wildly successful for our practice. The formatting of the mailer is clean and easy to look at, and everyone along the way has been easy to work with. Lee and Rachel are both available when we need them, Lee has experience from several different areas of the dental practice which is all useful and makes him fun to bounce info and ideas off of. While they are certainly the marketing professionals, they respect that no one knows our practice like we do, and help us explore what might or might-not work without pushing us into anything for their own profitability. We will be renewing another 8-10 months of the mailer this fall!

NPI has made our office flow A LOT smoother and getting reviews from patients so much easier. We are an extremely busy practice and don't always get the opportunity to ask for reviews but NPI has us covered. We also use their online scheduling feature which has brought us tons of new patients in the past few months and has helped out the front office tons! I'm naturally skeptical, so when someone tells me they have the secret formula to attract new patients I didn't believe them. I've several conversations and over a year of mulling over my options, I decided to dip my toes in the water with NPI. I've had on going campaigns with them for about four months and although I will never be satisfied (until I'm welcoming 100 NP's/month) or feel like I'm getting an absolute bargain (Hey, I'm cheap!), they have exceeded my exceptions and we have only just begun. NPI has served us very well with the mailers and customer service requests. They made sure we were 100% happy with our mailer and did not get discouraged by our multiple requests for changes. “We took over a practice from a retiring doctor in late 2006. One of our challenges was to earn the trust of the people in the community. We hired New Patients Inc. to help us. We started with a mail campaign and some other projects. At first I wasn’t too sure how the designs, deployment and the overall marketing plan would go. I thought my ideas were better!
